Welcome to the TCMedia creative community! The Equipment & Facility Fee (EFee) gives you access to our production studio, edit suites and portable equipment for check-out. Fees are based on residence. Individuals and nonprofit organizations from outside Thurston County pay a different fee than residents of Thurston County and local nonprofit organizations. To pay your fees, follow the link at the bottom of this page.
Equipment & Facility Fees are for a calendar year, January - December.
Individual fees may be paid as a one-time annual payment. If you are paying the annual fee for the first time, it will be prorated based on the date you pay and will renew the following January.
You can also choose a monthly payment option. If you choose the monthly option, it will automatically renew until it is canceled.

Nonprofit Organizations
Fees for nonprofit organizations are budget-based. If you are paying mid-year, fees will be prorated. Fees renew on January 1st of the following year. Nonprofit Organizations receive access to facilities and equipment for two individuals, discounted production services rates, and five hours of TCMedia staff support for training or production OR participation in our annual PSA day.
