May Rehearsals and shoots will be scheduled based on need and availability among each of the production groups.

Digital Shorts, final scripts, graphics, costumes and props for live performances due June 1.

June 1, 2023 - 6-9 pm
Studio A - Crew only, set up, lighting, graphics production, video ingesting, teleprompter and switcher programming, the deadline for all
video roll-ins, titles, credits, costumes, props, and finalized scripts.

June 2, 2023 - 6-9 pm
Cast and Crew, Studio A and B, 7pm - Taped dress rehearsal.

June 3rd, 2023 - 1-7pm, Studio A and B  - LIVE SHOW!
1 pm - All crew call
2 pm - Understudy actors called
3 pm - Understudies run the show, main crew assists
4 pm - Main Actors called
5 pm - Live Show in front of a studio audience.

TV CREW
Crew will be selected by the director. Anyone interested in being on the understudies crew can enroll in the Advanced Studio Production class. Understudies will shadow the crew and may be called to perform as lead crew if needed.

Advanced Studio Production Course: Work on a Live Cablecast
Prerequisite: Must be certified for Studio and Control Room Operations
Class meets Thursday, June 1st from 6-9 pm, Friday, June 2nd, from 6-9 pm, and Saturday, June 3rd, from 1-7 pm
